#1 ... "It will make you appreciate 'A good flight'"

Reader Rating 5 stars

Posted 09/26/09: Spiced with humor, this book is filled with actual anecdotes from Ace's flying career. This expose of the aviation industry will make you appreciate "a good flight". Ace's portrayal of his numerous flying experiences calls attention to the poor wages, inexperienced pilots, pilot fatigue and questionable safety measures. It will make you think about the role and responsibility the Federal Aviation Authority has to the public. For all readers , not just pilots, who want "a good read".

#2 ... "Great read"

Reader Rating 5 stars

Posted 09/07/09: This is a seriously well written book and a must read for anyone either in or contemplating an aviation career. It is a fascinating look into the day to day trials and tribulations faced making a living flying planes. The book opens eyes as to the basic nature of the flying business. Y very much enjoyed reading the Rogue Avaitor, as will anyone with a curious nature. I do not normally write reviews but I feel this book deserves the ratings I gave.

#3 ... "Real page turner"

Reader Rating 5 stars

Posted November 28, 2009, 12:46 PM EST: I picked this up at the Atlanta Airport. I had about two hours before my flight. Sat down and started to read "Rogue" at my gate. Got so engrossed in the darn thing I didn't haar them call my flight. Person next to me nudged me, thank goodness. Ace really makes you feel a part of the action - millitary training, overseas assignment, various commercial flying gigs. In short, a great read!
